Melindah Sharma is a Managing Director at Manatt Health, where she leads the Life Sciences Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Venture practice. She is a global healthcare executive with nearly three decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, biotech, diagnostics, and medical devices, including  leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, and Genpact. Melindah has a track record of driving sustained double-digit growth, scaling innovation globally, and expanding patient access to care across complex and regulated markets.

She currently advises Arcade Therapeutics, Innerstill and Galen Growth. In addition, she serves on the Leadership Committee of WHAM (Women’s Health Access Matters), sits on the Steering Committee of Ignite Health, and is Chairwoman of Navarasa.

Melindah has taken businesses across four continents and more than 20 countries. Her work and advisory board roles reflect a deep commitment to equitable and affordable access to care, pediatric rare diseases, and women’s health.
